   **Note for Fintech Providers** 🛑\
   At this time, **fintech companies cannot integrate directly** with CBL's financial systems. Integration is only available through **banks and licensed financial institutions**. Direct fintech access would fall under **open banking**, which is **not yet available** in Libya.
